A logo design for a clients 3D modelling business

I was asked to design a logo for a 3D modelling business that specialises in being the ‘most important cog in the joinery machine. They provide a service that takes projects from concept all the way through to install or simply a raw 3D Modelling service

I therefore started working up an idea for a logo that had the essence of 3D at it’s core. Working with the letter M for ‘Mungo’ I designed a 3D orthographic style M. I then played around with different colour schemes and font pairings to find the perfect fit for the client.

I then designed a version with a lined pattern which gave a nod to the type of lines used in technical drawings, which works perfectly for Mungo creative. The client loved this version so this is the final design that we landed on.

We both felt that the pairing of the M and the 3D drawing design really encapsulated the brand and core ethos of the business.
